ICIRCA Paper Guidelines

General Information

Papers may be no longer than 8 pages, including all text, figures, and references.

Accepted papers MUST be presented at the conference by one of the authors. One of the authors MUST register for the conference, and MUST register before the deadline given for author registration. A single registration may cover 1 paper.

ICIRCA 2026 requires that each accepted paper be presented by atleast one of the authors at the conference according to the schedule published. Any paper accepted into the technical program, but not presented will be withdrawn from the official proceedings.

Procedure

Authors who wish to participate in the conference should draft a document consisting of a complete description of their research ideas and applicable research results in a maximum of 6-8 pages for technical content including figures and possible references. Papers should be submitted directly to Conference Email icirca.conf@gmail.com

Paper submissions will be reviewed by experts selected by the conference committee. Authors will have an opportunity to respond to the reviews during the author response period. The progress and results of the review process will be notified by email.

Review process and initial decision turnaround time with 1-2 weeks from the submission date.

The review process is being conducted entirely online. To make the review process easy for the reviewers, and to assure that the paper submissions will be readable through the online review system, we ask that authors submit paper documents that are formatted according to the Paper Kit instructions included here.

If your paper is accepted, submit the final version of the paper and copyright form electronically. The corresponding author must be registered before the registration deadline.

If your paper is rejected, it will not be again taken into consideration under any circumstances.

Document Formatting

Use the following guidelines when preparing your document:

LANGUAGE: All proposals must be in English.

LENGTH: You are allowed a total of 8 pages for your document. Up to 6 pages may contain technical content, figures, and references, while the rest may contain references. This is the maximum number of pages that will be accepted, including all figures, tables, and references. Any documents that exceed the 8-page limit will be rejected.

FONT: Only “Time New Roman” Font Style should be used throughout the paper

MARGIN: For exact margin restriction, refer the template files given below. Any text or other material outside the margins specified below will not be accepted.

REFERENCES: List and number all bibliographical references at the end of the paper. Adding irrelevant and self-cited references are strictly NOT encouraged.

PAGE NUMBERS: Do not add page numbers, header, and footer on your document. Appropriate page numbers will be added to accepted papers when the conference proceedings are assembled.

IEEE Copyright Transfer Form

All accepted papers must have an IEEE Electronic Copyright form submitted before the manuscript can be included in the conference proceedings. You will be required to submit the form during the submission of the final version of the paper.

Required Author Registration

Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered, with the payment received by the author registration deadline. For detailed procedure, please check the registration page.

Preparation of the Presentation

The author(s) of the accepted and registered paper should deliver their oral presentation at the conference.

Presentation Format

There is no particular template to present the paper in conference. The presentation time limit for the author(s) will be 15 minutes followed by a Q&A session for 5 Minutes.

Plagiarism Policy
  • Note that plagiarized articles will be rejected (Must be < 15% including references).
  • Copying of contents from other articles is strictly prohibited.
  • Only articles with 80% original content should be submitted with the expectation of being accepted in ICIRCA 2026.
  • Submissions to multiple conferences and publishers is strictly not encouraged. If found, the paper will be rejected at any stage of review and publication process.
  • Articles failing plagiarism check will be subjected to rejection.
