This theme "Computational Intelligence Learning Technology" highlights the synergy between computational intelligence techniques and learning technologies, emphasizing their transformative potential in education and beyond. ICIRCA invites researchers and practitioners to contribute original research papers, case studies, and applications that explore the intersection of Computational Intelligence and Learning Technology.
